PRODUCT ORDER PROCESS
It is your duty as the customer to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Your order is confirmed once it has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order before this time please do so in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org we advise you do so within 24 hours from time of placing order.
Our handmade mink lashes are free from animal cruelty.
Our make up is free from animal cruelty.
Due to hygiene reasons make up can not be returned for a refund unless you can demonstrate a fault with the product.
The colour doesn't suit you or it looks different does not allow you to return your item.
All products are shown as true as possible but due to your viewing monitor this may change somewhat. Colours of products may also look different on different skin tones. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
MASTERCLASS ORDER PROCESS
After you purchase your Masterclass you will receive an email confirming your place and detailing the day along with directions and local hotels.
Please print off this email and bring to the class along with your ID.
The classes are only open to over 16 years old should you be younger than this you will be turned away and will unfortunately not be refunded.
Please note Masterclass orders are non refundable once purchased.

Paying a deposit is an option to secure your place. If you wish to pay using this method please ensure you complete future payments on time.
If you choose to book using our payment options you are responsible for ensuring your payments reach us by the date stated on the website. If payment is not made within 7 days from due date you will lose your place and your deposit/payments made.
Deposits are non refundable.
Final payment would be required by date provided any late payments would result in you losing your place and loss of your deposit
All orders made are subject to availability. By Kady will try our best to keep all stock levels correct at all times, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available in such event we will email you to confirm your rejected order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and deliver all mainland UK orders within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. From the date of order it can take a maximum of 8 working days for you to receive your goods. However, sometimes during holidays or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. At the time of dispatch you will be emailed by Hermes our courier company with your tracking number, please check your spam folder for this email before contacting with By Kady.
You can track your order online at www.myhermes.co.uk if there are any issues in delivering your order please take this matter up with Hermes. Once your order has left By Kady we are unable to assist in any delivery matters. You can contact Hermes by telephone on 0330 333 6556 or by their various contact methods online. All of our parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
If you do not enter your address correctly and your order can not be delivered by Hermes note Hermes will hold parcels for a short amount of time, this issue is a matter for you the customer. By Kady will not be held responsible for such situations nor will we send out any replacement orders.
If you have not received an email stating your order has been dispatched within 10 working days, please contact us.
If your parcel states that it has been delivered but you have still not received this please contact Hermes By Kady are not held responsible for any missing parcels once the status shows as delivered.
Please note the shipping rate does include costs for postage and packaging.
Please be careful when you are entering your shipping address at checkout as any parcels returned to By Kady due to incorrect address, non collection from Post Office or refused delivery will be subjected to a £1.00 administration fee.
You should still require the order you will also incur a redelivery fee. An additional shipping cost will be payable as well as the £1.00 admin fee before we can arrange redelivery. Should payment not be made within 7 working days we will cancel your order release the item back to stock and will refund you your order less the above deductions.
Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the UK. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer.

By Kady offer two payments methods via PAYPAL and STRIPE. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.
If you make payment via PAYPAL using an E-Cheque method your order will not be dispatched until this clears the usual time frame for this is 7 working days.
From time to time we may offer some of our items on a PRE ORDER basis. This means in case of a sell-out of a product we will secure your item from our next stock delivery, Pre orders can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Any orders that contain Pre Order items and items in stock will be dispatched altogether.
Missing Items: If your order is missing any items we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, if you contact us after this time frame unfortunately we will not be able to send a replacement or investigate the issue.
PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns on used products. All Sale items can be returned for an exchange or a store credit given as refunds will be issued.
If you chose to return goods, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the delivery of the return to us.
We will refund the cost of postage after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty.

If you do not use such service and your return does not arrive back to By Kady we cannot be held responsible, in such event By Kady will not process any refunds or exchanges without the physical goods.It will be your responsibility to liaise with the postal company to investigate your missing return.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Please not masterclasses are non refundable.
At By Kady we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Personal details are stored securely and will not be passed on to any third parties without warning.
While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.
We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at any time and without notice.
These Terms and Conditions supersedes any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.
By Kady obtain the right to override any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, and in any situation.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.
